WASHINGTON -- Former Federal Emergency Management Agency Director Michael Brown likely will be asked by a Senate panel today why it took so long to bring buses to the Superdome and Convention Center to evacuate Hurricane Katrina evacuees living without toilet facilities, air conditioning and, in many cases, food and water.
