China, EU to create cleaner coal power

China and Europe are set to pledge to create more environmentally safe energy projects, including low-emission coal technology.

The European Commission announced the safe-coal technology pact Sunday and the Xinhua news agency reports it is scheduled to be signed this week in Shanghai at a the 6th EU-China Energy Conference.

China and Europe have worked together in the past to clean up coal power and create more energy efficient and renewable technologies

1. we can do the same but the oil boys
own the government. we are already to do the same here but the tax incentives are not coming from the government-over 7 billion give away to the oil companies and nothing for the companies to develop and start this technology. the rest of the world is passing us by in new technology---honda has a 12,000 dollar 4 kw solar panel
