Including testing and tracking. When CWD was first suspected, his administration first denied it, then claimed it was just one deer, then balked on testing other deer, then when his Lt. Gov. took over, refused to do anything about it until it had been proved to have spread - leaving the containment battle to the DNR.

No link, just my memory. As a hunter, I've followed it pretty closely. The presence of CWD east of the Mississippi can almost completely be layed at the feet of Tommy-boy.

3. There are some other disturbing facts about Tommy Thompson

and the state he left the State of Wisconsin in after his privatization onslaught.

Tommy Thompson ushered in corruption and waste. Well before the Abramoff scandal Thompson signed many Tribal compacts for gambling. He built dog racing facilities that now stand abandoned.
He ran up a record deficit.

After the stolen election of 2000 Tommy Thompson became the Secretary of DHSS. On 9-10-2001 he hired Jerome Hauer from SAIC. Hauer, a biological warfare specialist, and Thompson both promoted the use of Bayer's (I.G.Farben spin-off) Cipro (an anthrax antidote) immediately after 9-11-2001.

This was before any indication of any type of biological attack. Thompson bragged about his negotiating skills with Bayer for 300 million doses of anthrax specific Cipro while innocent US Postal Service employees and others were infected in hot zones.

Jerome Hauer was given the position of being responsible for public biological defense. Many new vaccines and drugs were developed, contracts were awarded behind the secrecy of national security classification authorization which was granted to Tommy Thompson by the administration of George W. Bush.

Some of those contracts involved the work of Soviet defector researcher Ken Alibek (not his real name) and Mark Buller. Their teams developed various forms of vaccine resistant biological agents, some based on smallpox, which had been erradicated in 1980.

Hauer went corporate too, he's on the board of directors at Hollis Eden Pharmaceuticals.

I'm concerned to hear that Israel has accepted some of Tommy Thompson's plans and schemes.
