Blair: No military action planned against Iran
By ASSOCIATED PRESS

Prime Minister Tony Blair told lawmakers Tuesday that no military action is planned against Iran, but that international opinion is hardening against Teheran's nuclear ambitions and what he described as its interference in conflicts across the Middle East.

Iran has been widely criticized for links with Hizbullah in Lebanon, Hamas in the West Bank and Gaza, and Shi'ite militias fighting coalition forces in Iraq.

Iran "is trying to prevent reconciliation across the region, and I think that is very shortsighted and very foolish," Blair told the House of Commons' Liaison Committee.

4. "no military action"
Okay, let's get parsing, because we know that's a lie. No "military" action or no military "action"? How will the military action be spun? Will it be a "peacekeeping" action (only with bombs, tanks, and rifles)? Or will it be a military "intervention" or "exercise"? Or, since this is England, if they're just giving technical and logistical support, will they be able to deny that they're doing any actual military action, just administrative help?

And as for preventing reconciliation across the region, Mr. Blair, I think there's at least one major actor whose presence you seem to be overlooking, wot?

6. What makes the miserable little turd of a war criminal think he
is still privy to the plans of The World's Only Superpower?

:hurts: Come on, "New" Labour. Flush the nasty little turd.

7. Just means he has not been told yet and has not been
allocated Area of Responsibility yet. What makes him think he is part of any decision-making?? F*cking poodle trying to claim relevance in the grand scheme.
