Gov. Kaine (VA) to endorse Obama
Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama will get the endorsement of Virginia's governor, Timothy M. Kaine, perhaps as early as the weekend, two sources familiar with the governor said Wednesday.

So I don't see this as anything unusual. It could also be because of the media's pushing of Black Politicians on whether or not they are going to endorse him, and the publicity it is gathering. It is ridicules that they are doing this, and if the BP say they are not backing him, then he is seen as a failure. They don't take into account that Blacks, Latinos, and Asians have the same right to back whoever they want the same as Whites do.

Edited due to spelling.

Believe it or not, I came up with it BEFORE Cheney shot a 78 year old man in the face!

He is towering over the other declared candidates and deservedly so.

9. And Obama is the keynote speaker this Saturday.
Annual VA Dem Party JJ Dinner in Richmond. I'm not altogether surprised. I think in temperment and outlook, Kaine probably relates more to Obama than the others. Gov Kaine is probably one of the most genuine, down to earth people you ever want to meet. If he is backing Obama this early, my guess is he must really like the Senator a whole lot on a personal level as well as politically, as I expected Kaine to back Edwards.
