Iraq's central bank on fire, no casualties-police

- A large fire broke out in Iraq's central bank building in Baghdad early on Monday, but there were no reports of casualties, police said.

They said the cause was unclear, but that flames had engulfed most of the building, which is several floors high.

It appeared the fire erupted before anyone had arrived for work. The bank is located in Rasheed St in central Baghdad.

The central bank has had a low profile during the years of violence that have plagued Iraq since the U.S.-led invasion in 2003.
