1. Such a thing could hardly work...
at least outdoors it would be very ineffective.
There's a pretty consistent crossbreeze across
Manhattan that would dissipate it almost immediately.
(remember 911? the smoke was immediate blown off the island)
And the subways have huge fans to clear the tubes of any gases.

Sounds more like a bunch of pre-election hype.

2. Well there goes the water bottles.
They might contain tap water and tap water contains,,, gasp, horrors chlorine!
I'm flying today and am thinking about all the bull shit the US puts flying passengers through.

3. This is almost joke material. But the thing is, as the election gets
closer, expect them to have a more refined propaganda campaign, something that sounds more feasible.

and terrorists are trying to get us every chance they got, then number one: gov't is failing to protect us and number two... why didn't it happen then already?
