John Mc Cain has expressly stated that he does not want Bush's endorsement.

While the Dancin Fool was gone to Africa, Mc Cain asked that Bush NOT do any campaigning with him, or to keep the fundraising to a minimum (for obvious reasons).

Stupid clown Bush, watch him botch this.
