Amrullah Saleh, the head of Afghanistan's intelligence service, told a parliament security committee that coalition forces intended to place weapons, ammunition and food at a police checkpoint in a remote section of the southern province of Zabul in late March.

“I think Gen. McNeill himself said that it was a mistake, but I don't believe it,” Mr. Tukhi said, adding he did not know which nation dropped the supplies.

3. That's what happens when you have a DESERTER posing as the Commander in Chief
backed up by a war-profiteering VP 2nd-in-command who has FIVE freaking military deferments.

Republicon homelander chickenhawks lied us into these ugly Crusades, and have completely screwed up every dimension of it at a cost of $3 billion a week.

Sheesh. Republicons. Pathetic.

Or sympathizers in the Afghan Police gave the Coalition forces the wrong coordinates accidentally on purpose. Betcha. With GPS etc, this was not a "mistake," but bad info, purposely. According to my gut, that is. YMMV.
