Source: AP

YANGON, Myanmar - Almost 4,000 people were killed and nearly 3,000 others are unaccounted for in a single town after a devastating cyclone in Myanmar, a state radio station said Monday.

Tropical Cyclone Nargis hit Myanmar's largest city, Yangon, early Saturday with winds of up to 120 mph. The cyclone blew roofs off hospitals and schools and cut electricity.

10. Malloy just played a clip of Pickles blaming this on "state-run radio"
not getting the warnings out in time. Sounded like she was under orders to make this into some sort of failure of "big government". Anyone else offended by this WH trying to score political points on the backs of 1000's of dead & displaced Asians? Is the reason we lost a few thousand Louisiannans because of the state-run MSM here?
