SAN ANGELO, Texas - After more than two hours of negotiations, attorneys for Texas child welfare workers and FLDS mother Louisa Bradshaw Jessop agreed Tuesday that she and all three of her children will live together while in state custody.

Jessop and and her two-week-old infant have been separated from two older siblings under the state's policy of allowing mothers to stay only with children under age one.

Three-year-old Amber and 2-year-old Rulan Frederick are in a facility in Austin, but will now join Jessop and baby Richard Daniel in San Antonio.

The agreement was approved by 51st District Judge Barbara Walther. It will remain in place pending a decision by the Texas Supreme Court on the April 3 raid that removed more than 450 children from the polygamous sect's ranch near Eldorado.

It's rather shocking to see so many on DU jump on CPS for actually doing something about this. It's obvious that the action they took, removing all the children pending further investigation, is justified.
