Happy Birthday, Barack Obama.

Born Aug. 4, 1961, presumptive Democratic nominee Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) starts Monday in Chicago and heads on his birthday to Michigan to talk about energy.

This comes as Obama has moved to be open to very limited off shore oil drilling--if that brings in congressional votes for a bigger energy plan he wants with an emphasis away from fossil fuels.
