WASHINGTON – A Democratic official rebuked conservative commentator Rush Limbaugh on Friday for suggesting a health care proposal will be named in memory of Sen. Edward Kennedy, who is battling brain cancer. On his radio show, Limbaugh said President Barack Obama's proposed health care revisions will be championed by "the liberal lion Teddy Kennedy."

"Before it's all over, it'll be called the Ted Kennedy Memorial Health Care bill," Limbaugh said.

The Dominican Republic is famous for its cheap hookers. The bad news is these hookers have an estimated rate of HIV infection of 12%. There is no other place on Earth besides subsahara Africa with higher rates of HIV. This is high risk behavior. High risk behavior is typical of an addict, and Rush is an addict. He has been in rehab at least 3 times.

The Rush incident reminds me a little of what happened with Neil Bush, who was finally divorced by his wife after he admitted gang-banging hookers in Thailand and catching herpes along the way. Here he discusses the finer points of his debauchery with Marshall Davis Brown, his wife Sharon's divorce attorney:
