Source: Associated Press

KHARTOUM, Sudan – Sudan's president said Monday he wants all international aid groups out of the country within a year, insisting they can drop off supplies "at airports or seaports" and let Sudanese organizations take care of it.

Government officials later tried to downplay the president's comments, calling his directive a "process" and stressing that U.N. agencies operating in Sudan would not be affected.

3. This underlines the need for an International Criminal court
that actually has the power to have its rulings carried out

The least America could do is to become a signatory of the International Court of Justice. It will set a good precedence.
No one should be above the law.

4. Fine. They can dig the graves themselves.
I take it he wants an end to it with no witnesses. Not sure that can happen nowadays.
