NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — A Virginia scientist who pleaded guilty to selling U.S. rocket technology to China and bribing Chinese officials to get a lucrative contract for his company is set to learn his fate.

Quan-Sheng Shu pleaded guilty in November to two counts of violating the federal Arms Control Act and one count of bribery. His sentencing had been scheduled for Tuesday morning in U.S. District Court in Norfolk but was delayed until the afternoon.

Shu faces more than seven years in prison. He has already paid nearly $387,000 in restitution.

Shu is a naturalized citizen born in Shanghai and president of AMAC International Inc. of Newport News.

1. Would like to know more about Mr Shu's background. How he arrived in the US.
Naturalized citizen of China? Was he here on a H1B Visa? Would like to know.

Will look up info on AMAC International Inc.

Glad he was found out to be a traitor to the US. Greed for money abounds in this world of open borders & global New World Order.
