Advisory firm urges shareholders vote "no" on Citigroup

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shareholders advisory company RiskMetrics Group Inc (RMG.N) recommended Citigroup Inc (C.N) shareholders vote against electing some current and former leaders of the company's audit committee, citing poor risk oversight.

2. I don't believe that shareholders have the power to defeat Citigroup.
It's elections are all rigged. If the company didnt have all the voting shares it needed to get what it wants, it would bother to have any balloting. Afterall, Citigroup is a criminal organization and has been for years.
What? You expected fairness in the land of Corporate Scumbaggery??

3. As a private co, can we go in, or do we need new regulatory laws, after all. Different
from banks, some articles say difficulties with these too big too fail, others as if we shoulda, coulda all along.

4. Last year, before I sold
all my stocks, I would get those ballots in the mail and always vote against the current board members, not that it mattered.
