Justice Dept.: Abortion Records Necessary (New Monday Update)
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Doctors should be prohibited from testifying for their lawsuit challenging the Partial-Birth Abortion Act unless the government has access to patient medical records, the Justice Department told a federal judge Monday.

The Justice Department motion filed in U.S. District Court in New York also points out that the National Abortion Federation, a professional association of abortion providers, has previously argued that patient records are essential to determine a procedure's medical necessity.

``The government's efforts to obtain the medical records that relate to plaintiffs' performance of late-term abortions ... in this case have been completely thwarted, notwithstanding that plaintiffs admit that such discovery is entirely appropriate,'' says the Justice Department court filing.

Without the records, the government adds, the judge should prevent the doctors challenging the law ``from offering any testimony about the purported medical necessity for partial-birth abortion.''

1. "And if she floats, the water has rejected her body...."
"...thus proving her guilt."

We're gonna have to give Justice a HUGE enema to get rid of all of Arschloch's minnions....

2. Asscroft is the meanest and deadliest
man in this administration. He is going to go as far as he can unless someone, and in this case it will have to be judges, stops him.

4. I disagree, only time will tell which Bushevik is most evil
Edited on Mon Mar-01-04 06:22 PM by tom_paine
I mean, could you imgaine having this same discussion in 1933? I mean, how were the German People supposed to judge which Monster among Grandpa Prescott Bush's Business Partners was the most evil?

Plus, how about that Eichmann? Talk about a great showing in the quest to be The Most Evil of Grandpa Prescott Bush's Business Partners! He finished strong, above even Heydrich and others ranked above him.

We might see Emperor-in-Waiting Ahnold pull an Eichmann, outpacing what we thought were far more evil men.

Or it might be the Bushevik bureaucrat, perhaps one of the Brooks Brothers Mob who first performed physical violence and secured the nation for the Imperials in Miami. That, as yet unknown person, could be Bushevik Eichmann.

See, we still have to do some more transforming to the Bushevik State.

Early Imperial Amerika is still too "Free" to decide which Imperial Stooges is the most evil.

8. You'll see. Like Colon Foul, he is Bushevik to the core.
Like Colon Foul, people fail to grasp what he is in their denial and hope that not ALL the Busheviks are monsters. (Hint: They are.)

And as I sadi above, Ah-nold's wearing of Raygun's Hair is creepy and Orwellian in ways I cannot describe, but something is very wrong.

You'll see.

Wait for it.
