Sarah Palin Will Run In 2012 'If There’s Nobody Else To Do It'
Source: ABC News

In an interview to air tonight on “Entertainment Tonight,” Sarah Palin admitted there’s a possibility she will run for president in 2012 saying, "if there's nobody else to do it, then of course I would believe that we should do this."

If, however, there is a candidate "who can do the job," Palin said they would have her full support.

On deciding whether or not to run, the former Alaska governor told Entertainment Tonight, “it's going to entail a discussion with my family (and) a real close look at the lay of the land, to consider whether there are those with that common sense, conservative, pro-Constitution passion, whether there are already candidates out there who can do the job … or whether there's nobody willing to do it, to make the tough choices and not care what the critics are going to say about you, just going forward according to what I think the priorities should be."

3. "Entertainment Tonight"--there we go. It may
help the media in getting reactions and attention, but we do not need that kind of attention. Reading the reports in the newspapers and from pundits, etc. this morning I wonder if we have a country to worry about. All we need are the gaggling geese that tell us what to think. Oh, the Democrats are in trouble! Well, we will just stay away from the voting booths. The media have spoken. What it boils down to is some journalist writing what he or she thinks will have importance to us. It makes them feel so good to predict the outcome of certain things. I know "the law is an ass" but the media are even bigger ones. I will never understand why the media gives someone like Sarah Palin face time. Journalism went out the window long ago.

4. "Do the Job"
If she will step aside for something that can "do the job" better than she can let me suggest the inanimate carbon rod. (with apologies to Homer Simpson) If the job she's referring to means screw the country up better than a dimwit like her, then she gets the nomination hands-down. She makes W look like a rocket scientist by comparison . . .

11. Do the job?
She means make some money. She knows she could never get elected, but think of all that cash coming into the Palin 2012 campaign? She could set Trig up as her campaign manager and he would need a salary, right? Willow could be her PR person, Bristol could be in charge of phone banking, Boots could take charge of transportation, Snowmobile will be her make up artist. The whole family will get paid and no one will even care if she gets the nomination.

Well, I hear Porky Pig and Yogi Bear have prior commitments, so I guess that leaves no one else but good old Sarah.

It's a dirty job, but someone's got to do it. Move over, Mighty Mouse, Sarah Palin is here to save the day!!

31. I doubt Sarah
would accept the bottom of the ticket. She's already done that. No, she will demand the top. I just can't imagine anyone who would want to be on it with her, though. Maybe Newt would be willing to do it and take on a Cheney roll with her. But Sarah would be soooo hard to control.

33. Maybe, but I don't think so
I saw Newt at a restaurant recently while in the DC area. he's really looking his age, and moves like
an old man 15 years older than his 66 years, or however old he is. A presidential campaign would wreck
him. I think he and Palin are in it now for the money. They will work like hell to get a W-like stooge
back in the Oval Office who will do their bidding and make them richer, but I think that for both of them,
the era when they would be happy with the headlines and the salaries that go with those jobs would no
longer interest them.

18. There are ~300 million Americans better qualified than Palin.
In a way, I hope she does run, since the turmoil and backbiting during the R primary would be epic, but the slim chance she could make it through makes it not worth the risk...

24. so, she's going to campaign for Romney, is that what she's saying?
because SHE. WILL. LOSE. if she runs. It's guaranteed. She lost it for them the last time she did it and she's made an even worse mess of her name in the 2 years since she punished all of us with her repulsive presence.

She needs to go home and raise her fucking kids before another one turns up pregnant out of wedlock.
