Rich, Famous and Powerful Converge at Bilderberg
Source: CNBC

"The Bilderbergs are probably the most influential global network of all time. It's an honor to be invited, it's a tremendous honor. Part of it is recognition for work done and part of it is for contribution to enabling world affairs."

5. I turned them down, I heard they were serving bologna and crackers as their hors d' oeuvres,
I guess times are hard.:(

So I just decided to stay home and celebrate their meeting by eating my Subway Sandwich; roasted and toasted chicken with Provolone Cheese, it's most excellent coupled with a bottle of Yellowtail Cabernet Sauvignon:party: I don't care if it's the wrong colored wine for the meat, after the first glass, it doesn't make any difference.

Oh man do I feel foolish, I just read over my invitation and it actually came from the Bittenbergs, they live just down the street, I believe they're distant cousins of the Bilderbergs.

3. Creepy
The invitations remind me of fraternities and sororities. You have to be the right sort of person to be invited and heaven forbid that you get invited once and not invited back. It's just so creepy.

13. The New World Order at its finest
Absolutely repulsive and disgusting. "Enabling world affairs" means One World Government, and population reduction to a scant 250-500 million humans. The rest will be disposed of. These people are sick and evil.

14. We don't need a one world government to reduce population
Every one of us is contributing to it daily by burning fossil fuels and pushing our planet towards a Permian-style extinction event. If the planet's temperature does increase by 4-6C in the next century or so, we're looking at global populations being cut by half, if not more, as food production plummets. No conspiracy theories needed, just human short-sightedness.

If anything, I kind of wish there WAS a shadowy global group running things, because then there would at least be someone in control. As it is now, unbridled and mindless human greed and growth is driving us over a cliff with no thought for the future.

17. Another reason I have no respect for terrorists.
They never target real money sources. They blow up ordinary working people and claim great victory.

They don't touch the big boys.

20. "They never target real money sources."
That's because the "real money sources" can afford to buy the kind
of security that keeps terrorists out.

You'd have more chance of a suicide bomber walking into the Oval Office
during the middle of a working day than getting a terrorist attack on
a Bilderberg-level meeting.

The scum that meet there are callous & cold with regards to other people's
lives but they sure like to keep their own as comfortable & safe as possible.

23. "transatlantic, capitalist consensus"
I'm sure getting rid of pesky regulations related to oil drilling, logging, mining, building nuke power plants and continuing the endless wars to protect the corporate-capitalist profits is high on the list.
