(Judge Roy) Moore Not Ready to Endorse Bush, Kerry for White House
Roy Moore for President!

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Neither President Bush nor Democratic challenger John Kerry has won the support of ousted Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore.

Moore said Wednesday he has no immediate plans to endorse either major party candidate in the November election.

"I'm not taking a side in the Democratic-Republican controversy right now," Moore told The Associated Press in a telephone interview. "I haven't really had any connection with Kerry or Bush personally, other than the party affiliation that I have with the Republican Party."

Supporters of Moore — expelled from office in November for refusing to follow a federal court order to remove a Ten Commandments monument from the Alabama Judicial Building — have encourqged him to run for president under the banner of the Constitution Party.

2. He has no reason to support Bush, that's for sure.
Despite everyone saying that Bush is the candidate of theocracy, it's really not true in the strictest sense. The Republicans would sell someone like Moore out in a hot minute. The Republicans have caved on the gay issue in many respects compared to the '80s and there's every reason to think this trend will continue. If Moore wants to galvanize a solid stand on these questions, there's no doubt a presidential contest would force Bush to the right.

5. A lot of us do, with good reason
He's being courted by rightwingers to run for president. If he does that, he'll draw votes away from Bush.

6. This is fabulous news!
Read between the lines:

Why would a devoted fundamentalist and past GOP candidate not immediately come out in favor of Bush over Kerry?

Well, because that would hurt him when he announces his candidacy to become the President of the US on the Constitution Party ticket. By hemming and hawing now, he can state (with a very furrowed brow and concerned demeanor) that he is entering the race because it is clear that neither Bush nor Kerry is committed to helping this nation become the great Christian nation that God intended. He has been called by God Almighty to enter the race and throw the heathens out! All lovers of Christ have a duty to return the nation to its Christian roots and reject the atheistic direction that both parties are taking the country. Roy Moore presents an alternative to Christians who are tired of persecution by the government and media. Who are tired of the decadence promoted by the Democrats and the hollow words uttered from the mouths of Republicans. It is time that Americans have a choice between the false prophets of the GOP and a real Christian who has stood up against Goliath time and again to victory! Folks, we are fast approaching the moment of return, and we must prepare a place at our national table for the Lord. How can we accomplish this with the ungodly policies of the GOP and Democrats? We can't! Vote for Roy Moore for President of the United States and help God to take back the US of A!

Electoral Result:

Alabama - Goes to Kerry
Mississippi - Goes to Kerry
Georgia - Goes to Kerry
Tennessee - Goes to Kerry
Florida - Goes to Kerry
South Carolina - Goes to Kerry
North Carolina - Goes to Kerry
Arkansas - Goes to Kerry

2004 landslide for Kerry and Roy Moore positions himself for a 2006 Alabama Gubernatorial victory.

January 2007 - Stuckinthebush and family moves in with one of you from another state.

Roy takes Alabama, Kerry takes the country.

I can live with that.

12. Absolutely not!
He would pull just enough GOP votes from Bush to give the state to Kerry.
