Is Atty.Gen.Ashcroft responsible for prison abuse in Iraq ?
Because he is the person who picked documented prisoner abusers such as Lane McCotter to head up Prison affairs in Iraq, one could certainly argue that he is perhaps the primary culprit in this sordid affair. Lane McCotter was forced to resign as: Director of Utah Dept. of Correction because of prisoner abuse leading to death. So he goes and creates his own private Prison Company that has and is facing a multitude of abuse scandals in the U.S. and other Nations. Just one month after the U.S. Justice Dept. issued a highly critical report regarding this man Ashcroft appoints McCotter to be part of a team to handle prison affairs in Iraq. This pious ass who is offended by the sight of a women`s breast on LADY JUSTICE apparently cares not a whit about torture and such , here in the U.S. and in Iraq. If he did care about such things why would he pick a man with Lane McCotter`s record to help lead Prison Affairs in Iraq. He cannot plead ignorance as his own Justice Dept. is currently investigating McCotter for Prisoner Abuse here and abroad. It seems to me this entire Admin. is completely and sadistically insane. ...Oscar

Asscroft is responsible along with W, Cheney, Rumsfailed and the rest of the War Criminals in Bushco, incl. the Military and those "Civilian Mercs".
