2 Soldiers Among 21 Killed in Iraq Blasts
this story needs some ratings. As usual, the GOPers want to hide the bodies and are rating it down.

How many American dead is that this month? 56?

BAGHDAD, Sept. 18 -- Insurgents killed 19 Iraqis and two U.S. soldiers Saturday in bombings across Baghdad and in northern Iraq (news - web sites), and kidnappers threatened to kill two Americans and a Briton within 48 hours if their demand was not met.

1. It's beyond my understanding to think that someone would give
a low rating to the importance of American deaths simply in order to support their "team." Are they Americans or Republicans?

2. The Repukes I know are definitely repubs first -- they tend to
completely confuse being republican with being American. They are walking, talking party line 24/7 (Fox News)! I've found that they tend not to actually think through issues or ask themselves what's best for America. Instead they see politics as a blood sport -- and they want their team to win at any cost. Anyone who is not a repuke is the enemy!

3. Oh, but you see, it's all a big plot!
See, if the public actually knows what a screwup the war is by knowing when our soldiers die, then they may actually turn against this abortion of a war. That'd be unpatriotic, un-American and unhealthy for Bush (all hail the glorious leader).
