TRANSCRIPT BETWEEN GW BUSH, KARL ROVE, DICK CHENEY and MICHAEL BROWN during HURRICANE KATRINA

BROWN: President Bush, the levies have been breached and water is flooding New Orleans.
BUSH: What does 'breach' mean?
BROWN: It means the levies have been destroyed sir.
BUSH: But I was a breach baby and I wasn't destroyed.
BROWN: Well, that is debatable sir.
BUSH: But isn't New Orleans in Louisiana?
BROWN: Yes sir, it has always been in Louisiana.
CHENEY: Mr President, Louisiana is mostly a 'blue' state so we shouldn't concern ourselves with the people there.
ROVE: You are right Mr Vice President, why should we do anything to help people who didn't vote for us?
BROWN: Excuse me gentlemen, but shouldn't we be doing something to help those people in need?
BUSH: Look Brown, you know the only people we care about are the millionaires and the billionaires who give us so we can steal elections and produce propaganda to dupe the ignorant American people. And aren't the people who are suffering in New Orleans poor?
CHENEY: Right on George! All I care about is making money for the people who I am in bed with. The only reason I am here is to funnel as much of this country's treasury into the pockets of my buddies at Halliburton and other republican companies.
ROVE: Absolutely Dick. We have to keep our focus on our base.
BUSH: Like I said, our base is made up of the "Haves" and the "Have mores".
BROWN: Excuse me again, but shouldn't we be talking about the people who are drowning and suffering in Louisiana?
BUSH: Aren't those people black?
BROWN: Yes sir, most of the people there are black.
BUSH: Then why should we care about them?
BROWN: Because they are human beings sir.
BUSH: Come on Brownie, we all know that only wealthy people count in this world.
BROWN: But sir...
ROVE: Shut up Brown. I am tired of hearing your liberal sounding whinny voice talking about people we couldn't care less about.
CHENEY: I agree with Karl. Shut up Brown.
BUSH: Well, I am getting tired. It is time for me to take my nap and then play a video game.
ROVE: Don't worry sir, we will take care of everything. We will just continue to use propaganda and fake news stories to keep the ignorant Americans in fear.
CHENEY: You are right Karl. It is time to issue another terrorist alert. It has been a week since we issued one and we need to keep the American people in fear so we can control and manipulate them.
BROWN: Can I say something about the ...
ROVE: Shut the hell up Brown. We are running the country, not you!
CHENEY: Hey Karl, do you want to go fly-fishing with me in Wyoming?
BROWN: But how can you go fishing while people are dying and suffering?
CHENEY: Because I don't give a damn about those people in New Orleans.
BUSH: Don't I have a fundraiser to go to tomorrow in California?
ROVE: Yes sir, you will be speaking to a group of millionaires and billionaires who will be giving us millions. Don't worry, the teleprompters you will be reading from will be written in bright colored Crayolas just as you like them sir.
BUSH: Oh goddie, I like the red, yellow and orange colors best on the teleprompter. And don't forget the neat colored cartoon pictures so I can keep focused.
BROWN: Shouldn't we be more concerned with helping people instead of making money for the republican party?
ROVE: For the last time Brown, shut the hell up. You know as a republican that the only thing that is important in life is making money. Helping people is for suckers and losers. Are you becoming a liberal?
BROWN: If helping people in need is being a liberal, then I guess I am a liberal.
ROVE: Brown, you are really pissing me off. You know the republican party only cares about businesses and to hell with human beings.
CHENEY: Speaking of money, after I finish my fishing trip in Wyoming I am going to buy myself another mansion with the fifty-five million dollars I made off of Halliburton while I was the CEO for five years.
BROWN: Mr Vice President, wouldn't that make the public believe you don't care about them?
CHENEY: Look Brown, you know I don't care about people, Karl knows I don't care about people, George knows I don't care about people, but what does it matter? All we have to do is continue duping the stupid American people with fear mongering and propaganda to keep them in line. I am going to do what I want to, when I want to. I didn't get this job to help people, I am here to help my millionaire buddies so they can make more money.
BUSH: I am getting really tired. I have been awake almost two hours and I am going to sleep.
ROVE: Don't worry sir, Dick and I are the ones really running this country anyway. Go and sleep or play, just get out of our way.
BUSH: Yes sir.
BROWN: But Karl, I, ah...
ROVE: Get the hell out of here Brown and I mean now!
(Michael Brown leaves the meeting)
ROVE: Ok Dick, we need to start pinning the blame for all of the mess that will come up from the New Orleans fiasco on Brown. We certainly aren't going to take any of the blame because, after all, we are republicans and we are not accountable to anyone.
CHENEY: I couldn't have said it any better Karl.
ROVE: Thanks Dick.
CHENEY: Well, I am leaving or I will be late for my fishing trip to Wyoming.
