At a larger issue, what we have to do is to get people involved at the state level, get their state attorney generals involved, aggressively filing class action lawsuits and then putting pressure on key legislators to say, 'This is unacceptable that they're not representing and balancing the issues of commerce with consumers. The balance is tilted dramatically against the average American.'"

1. I'm in the middle of a BIG fight with my mortgage company. They

are loosing payments, charging me late fees and putting the money toward by principal weeks late. They also have the worse customer service of any bank I have ever had to deal with. I will have to go into the bank and get some records because I am file a fraud complaint with the gov't agency that supervises savings & loans.

Name of mortgage company name is Washington Mutual. This is my 5th or 6th mortgage lender for the mortgage I got on my home 10 years ago. It's been sold that much. Which is another thing I'm pissed about.

It's time to tear up as many credit cards as possible. Then watch the financial services industry grind to a standstill. If 10% withhold their payments, their interest rate would go up to 30%.

Time for credit card reform.
