1. I'm confused here - do we generally like Lou Dobbs here...

I have seen contradictory posts here. I know it is open forums, but I have seen some excoriating posts about Lou and I thought that lately he seemed fairly reasonable and moderate.

2. Face it, some of the time he picks good subjects

and comes off as a thoughtful host. The other times, he picks subjects that have him coming off as a neocon halfwit.

Learn to watch his show according to the subject matter, and your blood pressure won't suffer.

6. His show last night was so awful ...had to turn it off, following

Tweety's drunken fest...it was too much to take. Media has been particularly bad since Chimperor's polls took another nosedive. Seems that
keeping Repugs in power now needs is of utmost importance.

They allow Olbermann but that's about it. CNN for a little while seemed better than MSNBC in fleshing out the days news...but both are now in full Media Whore mode. At least that's my observation.. for whatever it's worth.

8. Actually,

Lou's show was good last night. It was more of a town-hall type setting, with people asking questions. Talked about the middle class being hit hard by job loss, rising cost of healthcare, college tuition, etc. All in all, good show! :thumbsup:
