1. Glad she's back... people were worried about her.
And why not?

And yet, as the situation continues to deteriorate both for Iraqis inside and outside of Iraq, and for Americans inside Iraq, Americans in America are still debating on the state of the war and occupation--are they winning or losing? Is it better or worse?

Let me clear it up for any moron with lingering doubts: It’s worse. It’s over. You lost. You lost the day your tanks rolled into Baghdad to the cheers of your imported, American-trained monkeys. You lost every single family whose home your soldiers violated. You lost every sane, red-blooded Iraqi when the Abu Ghraib pictures came out and verified your atrocities behind prison walls as well as the ones we see in our streets. You lost when you brought murderers, looters, gangsters and militia heads to power and hailed them as Iraq’s first democratic government. You lost when a gruesome execution was dubbed your biggest accomplishment. You lost the respect and reputation you once had. You lost more than 3000 troops. That is what you lost, America. I hope the oil, at least, made it worthwhile.

2. I remember Riverbend
She posted pics once of what she was told were US soldiers killing some Iraqi boy.The boy lay bleeding and dieing but the soldiers were not in the frame. But what was in the frame was the long shadows cast by the cameraman and his crew.
The silhouette shadows of "the soldiers" that were in the shots proved otherwise.

She had to pull those pics

12. actually I have been..
I'm sure it's possible as I've fallen for some bogus nonsense myself, but I don't recall the incident, and would think there would have been major hoopla from those who take issue with an accounting of life in Iraq that doesn't follow the script.

3. Tragic. Infuriating. And seeing those "over-shopped" American
women on Oprah can't help the general situation. You're sitting in a war zone and you see America's concerns via Oprah...how would that make you feel toward America??

4. My GOD! What have we done?

And to think that they have done this in OUR name!

WILL SOMEONE STAND UP AND DO SOMETHING TO REMOVE THESE CRIMINALS AT LONG LAST??
