...Al Gore is the dark horse in the presidential race...

And he wants it.

And why wouldn't he? In the year 2000, when all the calendars flipped, Al Gore was elected president of the United States for a couple of hours. Then America tossed the ring into a recount fiasco. And Gore lost.

That has got to be tough. Gore put on 40 pounds and grew a beard. It doesn't take a psychology course to know those are the kinds of things you might do if you lost something you really believed was yours...
