This is one of my "Never Forget" things ... LONDON (Reuters) - London police are on trial accused of breaching health and safety laws over the shooting of Brazilian electrician Jean Charles de Menezes.
De Menezes was shot dead on July 22, 2005 by armed police at Stockwell underground station after being mistaken for one of four men who had tried to carry out suicide bombings on London's transport system the day before.
