Authoriatarians a free web book by the Prof that John Dean used in "Conservatives Without Conscience
I happened to catch John Dean on UCTV last night and he said the professor who did the research on Authoritarians had written a book for layman and posted it free on the web, I had to check it out.

You may want to also. It's in PDF format and free.

1. It is an awesome book. I read it last summer and I finally understand what
some of the issues are with the authoritarian personality and why it is so entrenched with the right-wing.

Also, that there are two types of authoritarians, basically leaders and followers, and how that dynamic all works.
