Coulter: Obama's "first big accomplishment" was "being born half-black...
Edited on Sat Feb-09-08 01:13 AM by marcellobarrios
During a speech to the Young America's Foundation, right-wing pundit Ann Coulter said of Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama, "Barack's really been kind of coasting on his record, since his first big accomplishment of being born half-black. ... He wouldn't be running for president if he weren't half-black."

16. Don't be so reactionary. Its true.
He has a white mother from Kansas and an AFRICAN father. That is not your typical Black American. People compar him to Tiger Woods glow about his diversity.

If he were Lee Jones Jr from Georgia, he would not have a chanace in hell. He would be another MLK. Obama is different. He is accomplished. He can be black withougt being too black. He is white butcan be black. He embraces himself. That is what whites like.

Blacks like it too. Colorism exist in non white communities and he is acceptable. He is not "ghetto" like alot of black politicians. He is " their kind of people" He is the black elite.

2. Ann fuckin' Coulter...when is she finally going to do one of her 'hey-look-at-me- routines
by setting herself on fire and claiming that she won't let a liberal put out the flames? She is what the First Amendment is all about...we are better off the more she talks. The only people who think she is 'funny', or worse, 'intellectual' are buying her crap anyway. Nice poster girl for the fuckin' Right Wing. Her mother must be proud.

4. Coulter's an ass-hat, even the conservatives want nothing to do
with her ... she had to crash CPAC (6,000 attendees whoop dee doo) and only spoke to the YAF because ... "CPAC’s organizers decided to cut her from the list of speakers at the February 7-9 conference expected to draw 6,000."

"A few of Coulter’s supporters found a way for her to appear at the conference. Five of this year’s CPAC sponsors — the Young America’s Foundation (YAF), Human Events, Townhall.com, Citizens United, and Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute — have decided to hold a “Q & A session” with Coulter that “is not part of the general sessions."

http://thinkprogress.org/2008/02/01/coulter-cpac-2008/

Five measly groups, with insignificant membership of an already insignificant number of folks 'sponsored' her (translation: they bought a round at the bar to get her in the building) - per TownHall - "More than 500 people attended the event" - they'll be more folks at my son's wedding). ROTFLMAO!!!

11. Have another drink honey that isn't going to sell with the target audience
No I don't mean people so dim that they read you for any reason other than sport and humor I am talking about the suburban moms who will decide this election. They don't want their kids to know that they voted against someone because of their race and they won't.

Nixon and Reagan would be proud but they are dead just like your fake "movement" is about to be in about 5 years.

13. She is deeply disturbed. Got to be substance abuse issues there.
There is something very wrong with her beyond even her burning hatred. And there's something just as bad about those who cheer her on.

I still think her worst remark was the one about the 9-11 widows enjoying their husbands' deaths, but this adds another to choose from.

Wretched.
