AT&T & LA City to Silence Public Access TV

It's not like public access TV offers breathtaking insights and exposés. Mostly it's idiots showing off the fact that they're idiots.

5. Even "Idiots" have a right to speak
Some programs are very insightfull and informative. Coverage of local issues like Hawaiian rights" are only available on local acccess.
