1. my dad has been dead 4 years -- a few months back someone called to collect

on a very small credit card bill from the mid-90s --
i hung up on them.

2. people need to educate themselves on this

debts have a statute of limimtations. they vary from state to state. and debt collectors can be sued. i have sued a debt collector before and won.
