E! Channel looks to recruit CNBC anchors

With CNBC’s credibility diminished by their inability to predict the financial crisis, combined with the “evisceration” the network took from Jon Stewart last week, other networks are honing in on CNBC’s anchors, whose jobs, some believe, may be in question.

“We would really love some of them to work next year’s Oscars.” one executive form the E! Network said. “I mean, I thought some of our E! channel anchors were shameless sycophantic ass-kissers, but after watching clips of CNBC interviews with CEOs of the major investment banks and hedge funds… I mean, I’ve never seen anything like that. Erin or Maria would be great on the red carpet.”

2. CNBC's fantastic at fluff talk!
When they had the opportunity to be a hero & to make serious headlines by asking hard-hitting questions of a Ponzi-scheme billionaire, they chose to slobber all over him, enviously asking, "How does it feel to be a billionaire?"

3. This tells me that Stewart's influence is very strong
This whole thing started with him calling out Mr. Tea Party
