1. I know the Rangers aren't playing the Yankees but how about a
loud, old-fashioned Bronx Cheer for B***?

3. March 19, 2007 -- They knew at least by then that all was not well.
The home stadium of the Texas Rangers was called Ameriquest Field until March 19, 2007, when in an undisclosed agreement between the two entities, Ameriquest relinquished the naming rights, and the stadium was renamed to the "Rangers Ballpark in Arlington".

4. The Fix was in, very early in the Bush Adminastration
Ameriquest Mortgage

Subprime lenders made $587 billion in new mortgages in 2004, up from $390 billion in 2003, according to National Mortgage News. Ameriquest's share of that is estimated at over $50 billion.

On August 31, 2007, ACC Capital Holdings announced that it was closing Ameriquest by no longer taking loans and selling its loan servicing unit to Citigroup.

The Fix was Stamped Approved very early Bush Administration, thought up before Bush was elected and implemented the day he took office. 911 enforced, the anything goes philosophy with the Iraq war of fear to allow less oversight.

7. Right. The typical ploy used in embezzlement. Fool the employer
while taking cash home.

I worked for a non-profit in which a manager of a facility was stealing cash amounts that were paid for services. It wasn't a lot of money, but since I recorded the cash amounts, I noticed it. The interesting thing was that the guy doing the stealing -- the thief or embezzler had a very good personality. Everybody liked him. And he did a wonderful job running the facility that he was in charge of. When I noticed the drop in the amount of money coming in, no one wanted to suspect him. He just seemed like such a nice guy and he was doing such a good job. That's the way it works.
