Executions: This time Kenya Government must act (Daily Nation)

The United Nations Human Rights Council has received the final report from the Special Rapporteur on Extra-judicial, Summary or Arbitrary Executions in Kenya.

When the scathing indictment was first made public in a preliminary report in February, the reflex reaction from sections of government was dismissive and contemptuous.

The report makes very damaging findings on extra-judicial killings, torture and enforced disappearances committed by security agencies.
