Philly Inquirer Columnist Sued by Terrorist Over Torture
Jose Padilla has won the right to sue John Yoo for the torture he received along the way to his conviction on terrorist charges. This opens up a real problem for Yoo, and the Bush DOJ as well. If the evidence which convicted Padilla is declared tainted, then they will be responsible for letting a terrorist free, and not merely responsible for torture.

I hope they inflict non-death or permanent organ loss injuries at his disbarment trial.
