Thoughts on the passing Parade

THE PROGRESSIVE PARADE IS COMING TO AN END

Carly Fiorina is open, upfront and willing to debate Senator Barbara Boxer “any place anytime.” The former Hewlett-Packard CEO has made herself accessible to journalists in her bid to defeat Sen. Barbara Boxer.

The senator isn’t willing to accept any of the twelve debates offered by the major T.V. networks because she can’t defend her record, one that is based on continued distortion.

***

Ms. Fiorina is an engaging speaker; her ideas don’t need a teleprompter because they represent her core beliefs. This is an additional reason Barbara Boxer would not do well in future debates.

Ms. Fiorina has actually worked for a living unlike the current senator who spent the vast majority of her life and the past twenty-eight years in Congress, as an advocate for her constituents largely based in San Francisco and the Bay Area. As the first female CEO of a Fortune 20 corporation, Hewlett Packard, Carly knows what will work to turn the economy around in CA and the United States.

1. You know the "Examiner" is a fake newspaper
developed by right wing backers trying to seem legit.

3. I'm so sick of people using being a CEO as a good reason to be in government
Especially when they have run companies into the ground and fired people.

4. Hey, it may be bullshit, but it's a job.
In this economy that carries weight.

6. Yeah, Carly knows what will work to turn the economy around
In January 2004, Carly said "There is no job that is America's God-given right anymore."

In 2005, the board canned Carly because the company wasn't performing, thanks to her leadership.

Remember, kids: This is the woman who took a company that made two things--a commodity line that's so cheap Walmart will sell it, and a deluxe precision line that sells on name alone--and spun off the good stuff.
