Ad campaign targets American child-sex tourists

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The U.S. government and a Christian group on Tuesday announced an advertising campaign aimed at deterring American tourists from sexually exploiting children overseas.

A huge billboard that looms over traffic in the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh warns in English: "Abuse a child in this country, go to jail in yours."

Perhaps this type of a project is a way for liberals and conservative Christians (World Vision is an evangelical relief organization) can find some common ground?

But I don't expect that we will be best of friends.

I would like to add that wherever you have poverty, you will find these kinds of problems. Elimate poverty and this problem can be greatly diminished.
