Before everyone gets depressed and jumps off a bridge......
Let's put the O'Neil story in perspective. CNN does not have the 19,000 documents. Neither does FOX-TV as far as we know. The author of the book, Ron Suskind has these documents. He can release information whenever he desires and to whomever he desires. If he has integrity and wishes to bring the truth to the the people, he doesn't have to go thru CNN or FOX-TV. If there is information that he thinks the people need to know, he can release it whenever he wishes. The talking heads can explain away all they wish but the truth of the matter is that those documents are still out there. They have no idea what is in all of them. They know what we know and what was seen on 60 Minutes TV show. That's all they know.

We do not know if Mr Suskind is talking to any legal representatives of the Democratic Party. We do not know if he wants to share this information with the right people. His book has not yet been made public. There is so much we do not know. It would be premature to assume one way or the other about the information in these documents. Or even what is in the remainder of his book. Nineteen thousand documents could write several books.

This is a story that will not go away if there are any legitimate examples that need to be publicized. Unless Mr Suskind is a Repub operative, there is no reason to believe that he wants to conceal this information from the American people. There will be no instant karma for Bush and his Gang. But the truth will prevail. Somewhere in this world is an honest man that will do the right thing. We must be patient and have faith.

1. Thanks
for the optimistic perspective, what you say has much merit. I'm going to try to not be so cynical.

3. All I can say is, if it gets to the point where a bridge is
around, I will push the enemy off before I go myself. :-)

Peace. :hippie:

6. He would be smart enough to make copies of the documents??
Wouldn't he? That's all that anyone would be concerned with. I hope nothing like thta ever happens....but I do not trust the Bush family. Bill Clinton is like a priest compared to the whole Bush bunch. Sorry if that offends any Repub lurkers, but it's the truth.

12. So what is your opinion? Was Vince Foster 'suicided'?
Inquiring minds want to know what wisdom you have on the subject.

13. I've stepped in it now...
:tinfoilhat:

I'm recalling that 60 minutes did a piece that suggested his body was moved to the park rather than the park being the scene of the suicide.

As for what he knew? I can't imagine since I thought we knew pretty much all the dirt in the world on Clinton and no one really gave a sh!t.

Perhaps he discovered Bush's nascent Ark quest?

15. I recall that Dan Burton shot up a watermelon in his backyard....
to demonstrate how a bullet would have penetrated Vince Foster's head at a given distance...I don't recall the 60 Minutes story. I recall a lot of right-wing nuts on talk radio saying Hillary had him killed, rolled up in a carpet, put in a van, and dumped in the park. That's why they hate her so much today. She murdered Vince Foster!

17. I disagree!

Right Wingnuts hate Hillary because despite everything that they throw at her, she still succeeds. She's like a Terminator! She won't stop, she can't be reasoned with, she can't be bought off! And she absolutely, positively will not stop until she's back in the White House (where she belongs).

18. The only way that "Hitlery" could have committed and covered up
so many crimes and gotten aay with them is if they had some kind of complicity with the intelligence community. However, as we all know, the intelligence community DESPISED the Clintons. So why would they assist in these supposed dastardly deeds the RWers constantly pin on the Clintons?

Vince Foster was a suicide, guys. Deal with it.
