Osama look-alikes fill lawless region of Pakistan

Ask any farmer in Pakistan's Khyber tribal region, "Have you seen Osama bin Laden?" and you're likely to find a similar-looking, tall, bearded man at the restaurants of the area's main bazaar, reports UPI.

Ask a tribesman in Darra Adam Khel, the region's largest arms bazaar and the main source of homemade and smuggled weapons in South Asia and he'll tell you: "Shut up, you son of Satan."

Dozens of the fiercely independent Pashtuns tribes live in the region. Most of them are tall and bearded. They wear the loose trousers and long shirts that bin Laden adopted when he moved to Afghanistan in 1995.

If bin Laden is hiding among them, as US officials operating across the border in Afghanistan believe he is, it will be difficult to single him out from other bearded tribesmen, all of whom carry guns.

4. I don't think most voters would have any problem with that

It's not really that different from a US city where there's a terrible crime, lot of pressure on the DA's office to make an arrest, it doesn't necessarily need to be the very same exact person who did the crime, the important thing is to send a message.

It's not at all the same as human sacrifice in ancient times, because modern equipment is used.

5. Here We Go Again...

Every time we had a "Saddam" sighting...a TV appearance before the invasion or audio tapes afterwards, there was the speculation game of was this the real Saddam or not. Was it one of his doubles. This reminds me of the goofy anal-ists who'd speculate into a lather...was it, wasn't it, was it a double, was it on the rocks?

Then, when they pull him out of his "hidey-hole"...we still aren't sure if it's the real Saddam...even who and when he was captured. Maybe we'll get a definitive answer shortly with the IRC visit.

Now it's Where's Osama again. You rememer him...the bearded dude who used his BFFE connections that led to 3,000 Americans perishing on 9/11. Well seems our pResident forgot him for a while and now all-of-a-sudden remembers old whatshisname...Old Sammy's Bin Ladels?

Around here it's not IF Saddam gets captured or killed (my bets are he's delivered in a similar manner as Saddam to embarass the Arab world to hate us even more), just when. This is the "ace in the hole" for RoveCo, or so they think. Now when to play it? Play it too late and it's not gonna matter...play it at the right time and put the fix in for good.
