After doing some snooping, the WH Press Gaggle Transcript of July 12, 2003 was discovered 'lurking' on the WH web site here:

We did it folks! This story is out in the media, and hopefully it will move this investigation along a bit faster. I'm all for Grand Jury indictments by summer!

But it doesn't say that the transcript was found on the web, after the WH had tried to hide it by deleting the link. And that they put the link back in today. Those details can go in the next story.

2. I know, but I agree- let's not sweat the details

The important thing is that it is out in public now, and the WH can't hide it any more. Scott McClellan was questioned quite a bit today about the subpoenas, and we can only hope that Fitzgerald is going to move forward with some indictments soon.
