Makes sense to me. I have been fighting with SBC for 4 months to get back 628.00 Every time I clear up the accounting error with the service department the off shore billing department reinstates it. they must be working on commission

I can see big opportunities for Identity theft when someone has access to bank records. With this opportunity given to someone in a foreign country, there is no way to make sure the thief is apprehended, arrested or prosecuted. What laws are there to protect us?
