I don't even know that he's mentioned.

Funny that!

1. I think you're the first one to notice that.
I haven't heard it mentioned.

3. heh, just put Edwards on the ticket
I've tried long and hard to find a candidate that would guarantee us Ohio, but have found no such candidate. Edwards is smart, good looking, and one of the best and most eloquent speakers that we have. He would destroy Cheney in a debate.

6. They're playing good cop - bad cop with the American public
BushCo campaigns have always been about false flattery of the American public. Karl just can't see Dick making people feel good about themselves.

7. Exactly...

Provide the alternative themself and you won't go looking for one in the Democratic Party.

That's why I've been so pissed of about the McCain/Powell worship I see around hear.

It's a game, and we are getting played if we don't wise the hell up.

8. Good eye!
Cheney is nothing but liability to BushCo, and I would be surprised if they didn't dump him, or if he doesn't bow out for "health reasons".

Cheney does them NO good with the public, whatsoever.

Great observation. Let's all ask, "Where's Dick? Why's Dick not in the commercials?"

12. What kind of a campaign are they running here? No Dick?
I wouldn't be satisfied with that if I were a republican.

15. The Dickster's Very Visible...Check The AEI
He's out of the hidey hole and digging in donor pockets all over the place...saying day is night and war is good to those who have made billions off of this regime. Of course the "little people" won't see him, since he doesn't care about them and neither do the people he really represents.

We know Chenney is the man behind that curtain and is role is to keep the NeoCons and military-industrials on board. This seems as important to this regime as its own survival. Thus his importance can't be understimated and there's no way * will dump him. Just two weeks ago Lester Holt asked him point blank on that question and Chenney smuggly said "I was the one who decided to get on this ticket in 2000 and I'll serve as long as the pResident needs me"...read between the line folks.

Only Chenney will decide if he goes...and I'd prefer to keep in in semi-sight as VP than to slip into the netherworld regions of this cabal (where Perle, Wolfowitz and other reside) where we have no idea of what he's doing and his power remains undiminished.

20. You need to watch the whole ad.
I know, the gag reflex is very strong....
At the end, it says on the screen "Paid for by Bush/Cheney '04"

Only the Grim Reaper can spare us the TinMan...
