Tell the 9/11 Commission: Rice must be UNDER OATH

She will lie, as usual, otherwise.

Here is my letter to the commission:

I am writing to protest any testimony by Dr. Rice that is not under oath.

There is a disturbing pattern of half-truths and outright lies in her public comments that, if she is not sworn in, will give no accountability to her statements.

Please, if there's no OATH, there's no POINT.
