2. This average Kerry lead should grow to 6% in May.
With all the PDB and Iraq stuff out there.

5. Kerry needs to talk more about himself soon
I've seen a recent speech about jobs and the deficit, but he needs to define himself, give the undecideds who constantly swing these polls back and forth an idea of who he is.

At some point, he needs to give a major speech with Iraq and he has to be wary of the Bush team stealing the ideas.

He needs to keep talking about Bush raiding Social Security, at a time when the program and government need a surplus most.

He needs to talk about perhaps a cut of payroll taxes as a means to create demand like Robert Rubin has prescribed and define narrowly who he'll hit for tax hikes and taking away future tax cuts. Let them talk 'class warfare', as they've been waging it all too well lately.

For the record, I've never, ever understood the concept of being undecided for an election, unless you completely tune out.
