Anybody else just incredibly saddened by the PDB?
I know I should feel some happiness that we were right. Bush did know and did nothing. We were right about what would happen if we invaded Iraq. The Newsweek poll is great. I just can't.

Soldiers, aid workers, and Iraqi's are dieing and injured. Hostages are living in utter terror. We seem to have gotten away with invading Haiti and installing a new government. And we were unable to stop this senseless war or prevent an unelected fraud from taking over our government. Come Monday, I'll go back to relentless focus on getting Kerry elected. Now I'm just sad that the American people did not wake up sooner so that we could have stopped these mad men and women.

7. The whole country needs to reflect on
what it really means to have a C student being lead around by a fanatical group of cold warriors. This gang, known as the neocons, do not even have the respect of many of the fine public servants who have served in the same posts. The conscious conservatives must feel much like the Democrats felt as Clinton embarrassed the nation with the exception being that the stakes are so very much higher.

3. There is no happiness in being right about this
none .

My only happiness comes from knowing that
the American people are becoming aware of the
facts surrounding 911 .

8. Time to make our anger work for us! Here's HOW:
I, too, am sad, mad, and dumbfounded. Probably you also feel this: that it is startling and shattering to be correct about this stuff. Just to ponder how LIHOP does NOT sound so tinfoil-ish or crackpot-ish anymore.

Staggering.

So what can we do about it?

9. I'm a bit pissed off.
What we need to do is simply to crush the conservative ideology.

The main target are the neocons. Focus on what these guys are all about and what they plan on doing. There is a split on the Right with the libertarians and paleocons doing what they can in attacking the neocons. We need to apply pressure on these guys as well and a lot of it.

10. Well, the anger hasn't come yet
but I've been angry for three years. I guess as someone else said, I am rather amazed at how right we were. Many great DUers have told us this for years, and they were right. They did know. Our government knew and did nothing.

The other part that just saddens me is the length of that PDB. A President is being told we're about to be attacked and the send 1 and a quarter pages. The dumbass can't handle more in a time of crisis. I think my anger is coming back.
