An anonymous source says Bush and Rove planning flood of new ads
Not really anonymous, but knowing these "genius" politicians as we do now, after almost 3 and 1/2 years, we can predict with almost 100% certitude what their next move will be. With one half my brain on Oxycontin and tied behind my back, I am able to predict that within the next two days, there will be a flood of new ads to counter the damage that may have been done by the August 6th memo.

Furthermore, the "anonymous" source tells me that that the new ads will emphasize the leadership of George W Bush since 9/11 and ask if "anyone could have done a better job" at fighting terrorism? They will show the American flag and say that he is fighting to keep America "safe and secure". This will be a huge ad buy for this late date from the election....They will be shown nationwide.

First of all we should have never been attacked mr. shrub! you scum!

Second of all what leadership? You dragged our soldiers into Iraq for "operation Quagmire" for sh*T!

Third: I don't need you to keep me safe, thanks to you more people hate me now more then ever! As an American I got a bullseye on my back!

Fourth: No matter how many f**cking flags you show me the only one's I'm interested are the one's coming back to dover, yeah the one's you cut short!

3. You know what is so sad. The American flag is beginning to become
a symbol of over-reach. How did we let this happen?

5. I don't think it will help them at this point....

George has been on a slow steady fall for over a year (look at the numbers). I don't think some ads can turn that around much...it may slow it down a little, but the steady drip, drip, drip is a more powerful impact on public opinion, imo.
