Bush didn't act. He was warned, and he did nothing. Ben-Veniste is not making that point.

all I can think. They can "Clinton" away all they want to (Crowley) but had Clinton been in office, this would not have happened. The American people aren't even aware that the disaster at LA Airport was averted - it probably would have been as bad as Sept 11.
