You heard it first here. Chimp said something about it today or yesterday, that there need to be major changes to prevent another breakdown in intelligence. He is going to announce some big new Big Brother plan in an attempt to deflect from the mess he's in.

(I still don't understand why they want everyone's
medical files, except to use as a basis for
denying medical care). The No Fly lists,
credit card histories etc

They want to or already are eavesdropping
on Internet telephone calls. They want all new
computers, processors, m-boards etc reporting
and/or tied into the govt mainframe.
