WTH does this mean?
http://news.statesmanjournal.com/article.cfm?i=78954

April 20, 2004

.....military police unit learned Monday that it will be mobilized .....to support operations against global terrorism within the United States and abroad.

The mission.....will be to provide guards for prisoners of war, internees and military prisoners, and to secure military installations and facilities.

After receiving training.....the 46-member Guard unit will be posted to an undisclosed location.

.........................................

Undisclosed location? in the US? Saudi Arabia?

I know the definition of POW, illegal combatants but what
the heck are internees and military prisoners?
How many classifications does Bushco need?

I'm gonna go throw up.

1. Hmmmmmm.........
anybody remember those pictures someone had a couple of years ago that were "internment" camps somewhere in California and another state? It freaked me out. They looked like big prisons with wire fencing and the like. Someone here had those pictures and said they were prison camps for citizen combatives. Anyone remember those?

U.S. CONCENTRATION CAMPS
FEMA AND THE REX 84 PROGRAM

There over 600 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

It looks as though they haven't decided where they are going yet.I still think the language used in your article was a bit weird.

found another one..

snip:SALEM - The Oregon National Guard has alerted 150 members of a military police company to be ready for a possible mission in Iraq, Afghanistan or the United States as early as January

here's the link

your guess is as good as mine.

8.  thanks everyone
This undisclosed bit bothers me.

Now I remember another odd thing that occurred about
2 weeks ago.

A unit returned and the guv was thanking them for
their service in Iraq. Problem was they spent
one year in North Carolina where they replaced the NC
unit which went to Iraq.

Is this normal - sending a unit cross country to
replace a unit that is out of the country? I think
both units are engineers.

Now I am wondering what (if anything) they built
in NC or thereabouts. Or is this a way for rich
people's kids to skip Iraq?

I am so sick of all of this shit and Republic critters.
Those critters just don't get it and keep justifying,
lying, rationlizing this friggin illegal war.
